We are glad that we have Hit a new mile stone in our Business.
These are undoubtedly challenging times; India and many other parts of the world are battling the second wave of the COVID outbreak. However, given the Government of India’s consistent focus on supporting economic growth through various stimulus measures and a renewed focus on infrastructure creation, our country will emerge stronger and more resilient from the crisis. Infrastructure creation, housing and core sector growth help create large-scale employment opportunities, spurring demand in other sectors.
Enhanced Budgetary allocations in infrastructure and the government’s emphasis on New developments & Projects. We believe the real drivers of progress at Vensar Constructions are the people of the organisation. Therefore, our constant effort during FY 2020-21 was to take care of the safety and wellbeing of our teams. The commitment and resilience of our people ensured that we could register a commendable performance even in such stressful times.
Our key strategic imperative now is to shift our focus in providing solutions to the end users rather than only items. We shall work continuously to provide our Clients with service and quality work. K.Jairam is An engineering graduate, whose goal from the beginning was to get global recognition by taking a comprehensive view of the world scenario, for which he enrolled himself for MS in electrical and computer engineering in the US. Even before the completion, he was receiving offers from some of the best companies in the US. However, his zeal to try newer things took him to a new realm of life, doing Business Analysis for “Wells Fargo”.
After achieving considerable experience there, he decided to make a place for himself in India. His passion for Automobiles inherited from his father led him to work together with his father in “Lakshmi Hyundai”, which enhanced his knowledge in his field. His entry rejuvenated the merits of the group and within 6 years he added Nissan, Harley Davidson, Honda, Ashok Leyland, Jaguar, Land Rover, KIA, MG Hector and Tata brands to the group.
Currently, Mr Jairam operates more than 100 + car showrooms and Workshops in the states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nādu & Karnataka. With the rapid growth in the Infrastructure Industry, Mr. Jairam has started to full time venturing into the construction business. In the year 2017, he has started his activities in Vensar Constructions and he went on to build his entrepreneurial interests in Construction and Infrastructure. He has won numerous awards including the Brand Slam Leadership award and Concrete Leadership Award.
